Delta SkyMiles Gets Trashed in USA Today

I'm beyond adding my two cents worth on this.

Again, please remember that EVERY product an airline has is designed to:

1)  Enhance their bottom line

2) Is never driven by customer satisfaction as evidenced by on time ops or customer service.

I'm sure the Virginia Ave. spin masters are all over this one already.
